Terms Of Service

1. Acceptance

By using novalinkconsulting.com or purchasing services you agree to these Terms between you ("Client") and NovaLink Consulting ("Provider").

2. Services

NovaLink provides business consulting — change management, M&A advisory, sustainability/ESG, talent & organisation, supply chain strategy, and corporate governance. All services delivered digitally. No physical goods.

3. Engagement & Payment

Checkout creates a binding agreement. Payments via Stripe in EUR. Enterprise Transform clients may arrange milestone billing by prior written agreement.

4. Confidentiality

All client materials treated as strictly confidential under mutual NDA by default. Formal NDA on request. Team members contractually bound to confidentiality surviving engagement termination.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, Client owns engagement-specific deliverables. NovaLink retains proprietary frameworks and methodologies. NovaLink may reference engagement anonymously unless Client objects in writing.

6. Client Obligations

Client provides requested data, stakeholder access, and timely feedback. Client delays extend timelines proportionally with written notice.

7. Liability

Maximum liability limited to fees paid for the specific engagement. No guarantee of specific commercial outcomes.

8. Termination

Either party: 30 days written notice. Completed milestones non-refundable. Work in progress per Refund Policy.

9. Governing Law

French law. Lyon courts. Last updated: March 2026.
