NovaLink Consulting was founded in Lyon in 2015 by a team of three former executives — a COO from the automotive industry, a head of M&A from investment banking, and an organisational psychologist who had designed transformation programmes for 20,000-person companies. They shared a conviction: the gap between strategy and execution is not an information problem. It is a connection problem. Strategies fail because the links between vision and action, between leaders and teams, between systems and people, are weak or missing.

Our team has grown to fourteen — all senior professionals with minimum fifteen years of operating experience. We are deliberately based in Lyon, not Paris, because the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region is home to France's densest cluster of industrial companies, giving us access to a depth of manufacturing, supply chain, and operational expertise that purely Parisian firms cannot match.
